how do i get started?

If you are located in or around Boston, we would be pleased to schedule an initial one-on-one consultation. This is an opportunity to understand the design process and start generating ideas. During this meeting you will be able to see samples of what your invitation suite could be. You will be able to touch the paper, feel the printing, explore colors, and see the Fizz Paperie quality first-hand.

We will discuss the creative process and various printing methods in detail. Each platinum label piece is designed especially for you, so our goal during this first meeting is to get a good feel for your story and how we can help capture this spirit in your invitation

WHAT IF I DON’T LIVE NEAR BOSTON?

Thanks to the wonderful world of technology, we can still work with you even if you’re not nearby. Most of our interaction can take place via phone and email. We will be able to work together in a way that suits your lifestyle and schedule. Contact us today to get started!

WHEN WILL MY INVITATIONS BE READY?

Our White Label Invitation Collection requires about 4-8 weeks, depending on your order. Our Platinum Label Custom Collection generally requires about 2-4 months, from the initial design phase to final delivery. Design time typically takes 5-9 weeks, printing is four weeks and calligraphy is an additional three weeks. We recommend mailing invitations 6-8 weeks before the event, so please allow ample time for ordering and addressing. It is also wise to order additional invitations and envelopes to cover any last minute guests. If your event is over a holiday weekend or is a destination event, mailing 10-12 weeks before your event is advised.

HOW MUCH DO THE DESIGNS COST?

Our Platinum Label invitations are personalized and one-of-a-kind, created just for you and your individual event. Since everything is designed from scratch, we offer a wide range of possibilities to work within your budget. To give you an idea, starting pricing for our custom invitation packages are $1800 for offset and thermography, $2200 for letterpress and $2700 for engraving. If you love a Platinum Label Design, and want to simply customize to your colors and theme, the semi-custom packages would start simular to the White Label costs below.

Our ready-to-order White Label invitations are pre-designed. However, you have the flexibility to change inks, fonts, papers, and various motifs within select collections. Starting pricing for our White Label Invitation Collection start at $1300 for offset and thermography, $1350 for letterpress and $2550 for engraving (based on an order of 100 invitations - which includes the invite, rsvp card, mailer envelope and rsvp envelope).

How soon can I get a pricing estimate?

Since every piece is custom and unique to each customer, please contact Fizz Paperie for a customized pricing estimate. Please include your quantities needed and/or any specific details that you might want in your invitation set so we can provide you with the most accurate estimate possible. Estimates may take up to 5-10 business days to process. For extremely custom projects, please allow additional time.

At Fizz Paperie we believe that the invitation is the first glimpse of your very special day. It’s a sneak peek into your celebration. That’s why we partner with only the very best letterpress artisans, engravers, master printers, and highly skilled calligraphers that are specialists at these processes. You should expect nothing less than the highest quality paper stock, customized design and attention to detail that your event truly deserves.

WHAT ABOUT RETURNS?

At Fizz Paperie, we create the highest quality invitations and stationery that are personalized to your unique specifications. Because each piece is custom-printed and approved before going to press, we cannot accept returns.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ECO-FRIENDLY?

We offer a wide selection of FSC-certified papers to meet most printing requirements. Soy and water based inks are used in most printing processes. Engraving inks are all water based and the most environmentally friendly process available.
